Annual Conference 2019 - Posters

Derek Doyle Poster Prize 2019

Congratulations to Giorgos Tsiris, Donna Hastings, Becky Chaddock, Stephen Fischbacher and Margaret McLarty on coming first place in the Derek Doyle Poster Competition, for their poster Song writing for grief and loss: An intergenerational project between hospice patients and primary school children.

Second prize was awareded to Annabel Howell, Geraldine Finnan, Laura MacDougall and Roger Flint for their poster SPOT - The Safer Prescription of Opioids Tool Deployment in Clinical Practice.

Third prize went to Frazer Scott, Scott Paton, Heather Turner, Adam Findlay, Alison Provan and Simon Cassidy for their poster Young People’s Rollercoaster of Bereavement.

Prizes were decided by delegate votes, and awarded by Professor Bridget Johnston, Vice Chair of the Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care.
