Marie Curie Cancer Care’s Policy and Public Affairs Director, Imelda Redmond and Policy and Public Affairs Manager (Scotland) Bruce Nicol led a discussion around these topics. The recently published Marie Curie Cancer Care report Committed to Scotland’s Carers. was highlighted.

Joy Elliott (Counsellor in Palliative Care, ACCORD Hospice) gave a very emotive talk about her personal experiences of being a carer.
