Are you involved in an interesting project or in an area of work that you would like to share with others? Why not present your work in the poster exhibition which is an essential part of learning and sharing best practice at the SPPC Annual Conference? 

With 40+ exhibits at our 2025 conference, you are invited to make the most of this very worthwhile networking opportunity which returns this year.

Call for Exhibition Stands / Publication Displays

Once again there will be an opportunity to exhibit at the conference. The exhibitor area at the conference provides generous space for exhibitions and displays with easy access to the catering area, seating, posters and breakout rooms.

If you would like to discuss bringing an exhibition stand to the conference, please email susan@palliativecarescotland.org.uk by Wednesday 16 September 2026.  

Delegate Fee

Please also note that all those attending in any capacity to present a poster or bring an exhibition stand must register as a conference delegate and pay the usual delegate fee.
