At this meeting Jackie Whigham Project Lead, Lothian Advance Care Planning Project, Margaret Colquhoun Senior Nurse Lecturer, St Columba’s Hospice and Peter McLoughlin Strategic Programme Manager, NHS Lothian delivered a presentation on and led a discussion around NHS Lothian's Advance Care Planning Project. It was noted at the meeting that the Proposed Apologies (Scotland) Bill was currently open for consultation and that members may wish to review the proposed Bill and make comment. Closing date for consultation is 28 September 2012.
