ACCORD offers care and support to patients and their families dealing with a life limiting illness, this may be cancer, neurological conditions and other progressive life limiting conditions. Services are available to those living in Renfrewshire and parts of East Renfrewshire (Barrhead, Neilston and Uplawmoor). Services can be accessed by referral from GP, hospital consultant or district nurses.

• Day Hospice/Centre
• Drop-in information centre - may only be certain days and times
• Home Care - Support and advice provided by community hospice or palliative care team
