Call for Posters - Annual Conference 2025

Are you involved in an interesting project or in an area of work that you would like to share with others working in palliative care in Scotland? Why not present your work in the poster exhibition?

By presenting a poster you can showcase your work throughout the conference to a large and diverse audience.   In addition to the exhibition sessions during breaks, a selection of poster authors will be invited to give a short oral presentation to the conference plenary.

Derek Doyle Poster Prize

Delegates attending this year’s SPPC Annual Conference will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite poster at the event, where the winner will be invited to give a brief 5-minute presentation on their poster and be presented with the prestigious Derek Doyle Poster Prize Trophy 2025.

Application Form

To apply to bring a poster, please complete the Poster Application Form and email to susan@palliativecarescotland.org.uk by Monday 29 September 2025: Poster Application Form

Poster Specifications

The poster must be portrait orientation and must be A0 size or smaller.

Conditions

We require one author from each poster to register for the conference and be present to display their poster, and they will need to pay the appropriate delegate fee.  You can register here:  Annual Conference Tickets
