Dear Stakeholder, The Scottish Government is developing a new strategy for palliative and end of life care. As part of this work a Scottish Government Development Group facilitated by SPPC has been formed. The Group will explore how the new strategy can support communities to gain knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities to plan ahead, and to give and receive support relating to serious illness, dying, death and bereavement. The members of the Development Group are keen to hear the insights of people who are already involved in work in this area in Scotland, either in a professional or personal capacity.
