Scottish survey of end of life care plans

Following the publication of the More Care, Less Pathway report, a national survey is underway to collect the views of clinicians who are using, or who have been using, either the LCP, or an equivalent End of Life Care Plan in Scotland.

The survey is available until Friday 16 August 2013.

The findings will be used to help inform the work required to address the issues raised in Scotland.
