Help shape the future of death, dying and bereavement in Scotland

Over the next 5 months SPPC is leading work to develop strategic thinking on how to improve people’s experiences of death, dying and bereavement in Scotland over the next 10 years.  The scope of this piece of work is all services which provide palliative and end of life care plus other public health/society-wide interventions.  We would like to hear what you think – please complete this short survey which can take less than 10 minutes (although if you have time to make a more in depth contribution that would be great).  Each page you complete is saved so you can leave and return to your response if you want to complete the survey in several sessions.  The survey includes the opportunity to spend £25m.
