FAQs

Does my organisation meet the admission criteria?

As long as it has under 50 staff on site, yes.

Can I just attend for part of the event?

No, attendees need to stay for the whole event.

How do I cancel my place?

If you can't attend, please let us know by cancelling your registration from your Eventbrite account. Just log in to Eventbrite, Go to the 'Tickets' page, and locate your order. Click your order to view order details, and then select 'Cancel Order' to cancel your registration. This will send a message to the organiser and free up your place.

Is there any support available towards transport, subsistence or accommodation costs?

Unfortunately, no.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Directions from the train station

NHS Digital's Trevelyan Square office is a very short, two-minute walk away from Leeds station. Exit from the main station doors and turn right past M&S, down the curved street on which you'll see Evans Cycles. At the end of that road, turn right onto Boar Lane and continue walking for 30 seconds until you see Mint nail salon on your right. Turn right just before the salon and Trevelyan Square will be facing you. There is a small fountain in front of the NHS Digital building, and it's next door to The Marriott hotel.

Where can I park?

There is no dedicated parking for the building, but the city centre has numerous car parks, including Trinity Leeds Car Park located close by Trevelyan Square. Some are more expensive than others; we'd advise searching 'car parks near LS1 6AE' to find directions to one that best suits you.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

If you have any questions contact Ben Heal of the UKCGC North West Regional Network at bheal3@gmail.com

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will speed up registration if you bring it, but don't worry if you forget it - you will still be admitted.

Is the building accessible?

Yes. There are ramps and lifts for access. Note that the event is on the ground floor.

Is food provided?

Please bring your own lunch, as the building does not have catering facilities. There are many shops and restaurants close by where you can buy food. There will be a basic provision of tea, coffee and water.
