Do you work in Mental Health?
Would time overseas meeting others in your sector and sharing ideas and good practice benefit your work? Would you be prepared to share your findings for the improvement of your sector, and the UK as a whole, on your return?
If the answer is yes, and you would like to visit innovative programmes abroad so that you could transfer or adapt them to the UK, a Churchill Fellowship could be for you.
We are interested in receiving applications from those working in community based approaches to Mental Health, including projects involving greater training and awareness for those in education, in schools and in youth organisations. Applications are also welcome from those involved in mental health projects with veterans and their families, and in the work place.
Additional funding for interpreters is available as part of this category.
This category is in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation.

What is a Travelling Fellowship?
The Trust awards travel grants to men and women who will be able to undertake research overseas and on their return to the UK disseminate their new knowledge and examples of good practice.
Applicants must demonstrate that their project will have a wider benefit within their community or field, in addition to their own personal development.
