NHS Forth Valley Palliative Care Resource Pack

NHS Forth Valley Managed Clinical Network in Palliative Care developed a Palliative Care Resource Pack for use in all palliative care settings. The pack contains a wide range of information for staff on topics such as symptom control, communication skills, coordination of care and care of the dying.  There is also an accompanying booklet on Symptom Control.
