Description |
Inpatient, day care and home care services to those with cancer, motor neurone disease and other progressive conditions. Services are open to those living in Renfrewshire and parts of East Renfrewshire (Barrhead, Neilston and Uplawmoor). Services can be accessed by referral from GP, hospital consultant, Macmillan nurse or district nurse. The Day Care Unit is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm. Home care services include advice and support for patients, their families and their carers. Other services include bereavement support, patient transport, equipment loan, welfare rights advice and complementary therapies. |
