Description |
Inpatient, day care and home care services for people with cancer and other progressive conditions in Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. Strathcarron is developing a Lymphoedema Service and has an Education Centre providing a full programme of courses for local health care professionals. The Hospice has been designated as a palliative care resource centre as part of a two year Ministerial pilot initiative. The hospice's two consultants in palliative medicine provide specialist palliative medicine sessions in Falkirk and District Royal Infirmary and Stirling Royal Infirmary. |
