Services can be accessed by professional referral or self-referral with permission of responsible clinician. The Day Care Unit is open Monday to Friday 10.30am to 3.00pm. Other services include a volunteer driver service, a bereavement service, a lymphoedema management clinic and full professional education programme. Based in the separate "ACCESS at Ardgowan" Centre, there is a "Living with Cancer" service including a programme of education and support for cancer patients and their carers, a drop-in facility and relaxation and complementary therapy provision

Services are open to those living in Renfrewshire. Service can be accessed by referral from GP, hospital consultant, district nurse, Macmillan nurse, social worker and occasionally self-referral. The Day Care Unit is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Home care services are provided to give respite for carers. Other services include a lymphoedeama service, a bereavement service for relatives and aromatherapy and reflexology for patients and carers.

Home care services include advice and support for patients, their families and their carers. Other services include bereavement support, patient transport, equipment loan, welfare rights advice and complementary therapies.
